§ 1 Creation of Entrees, Contributions and Articles

If users do publish own Articles on this platform, they have to mind the following:

The user insures that the articles are free of third-party rights, especially initiator-, trademark- and personality-rights. This applies to all submitted articles and images. The user grants the unrestricted rights of use of the article to the portal proprietor. This includes publishing both within the internet and in newsletters. For the submitted articles the user is responsible. There is no claim to saving, publishing or archiving of the articles. The portal proprietor reserves the rights not to publish articles without mentioning a reason, to edit articles after publishing and to delete after publishing arbitrary.

Principally all users have the possibility to generate own articles. The requisite to publish articles is to be a registered member of the portal and to give the correct first name and name to the article. If the user is no registered member of the portal, the submitted article will be published by the portal proprietor after review.

§ 2 Links

The portal proprietor explicitly dissociates from all contents of linked websites on this site and does not appropriate the contents. The portal proprietor has no influence on the current and future design and on the contents of the linked websites. This declaration is valid for all links on this website. For illegal, incorrect or incomplete contents and especially for prejudices caused in the use or no-use of the linked websites only the provider of the linked website is liable.

§ 3 Registration of a Member "Username and Password"

Only with your adhesion the data will be used for consulting, advertising or market research. You can have a look at the data saved to your person for free. The transfer can be handled electronic upon consultation.

§ 6 Area of Jurisdiction

The Law of the Federal Republic of Germany is applicable. The UN-Purchase law is precluded. As area of jurisdiction for all litigations between a customer and the portal proprietor the portal proprietor office is essential.

§ 7 Clause to partial ineffectualness

In case of single appointments not being valid completely or partial, the validity of the whole agreement is not touched.
