South Florida - Timeshare rental inquiries in South Florida have risen significantly with Miami hosting Super Bowl XLI. "We have had dozen's of requests and very little inventory to fill demand, said Greg Crist, CEO and Publisher of Timeshare Advisor Magazine. Anytime you have a major sporting event like the Super Bowl in or near a resort area, you can expect timeshares to fill first. These resort properties offer far more amenities than the standard hotel room and that equals better value for the consumer. The NFL always makes the Super Bowl a week long event leading up to the game which is
typically the length of a timeshare rental. Timeshare owners in South Florida have been able to ask a premium this year for "Super Bowl" week as they have historically for the Daytona 500. We encouraged these owners to reserve classifieds early as we knew the demand would certainly be there."
